Privacy and hosting
This interest form helps Mississippi Poor People's Campaign coordinate marches to the polls. It is not a voter registration form, an absentee-ballot request, or confirmation that someone qualifies to vote absentee.

FormSubmit does not host this website and does not provide its organizer login. The separate Google Form is not connected to this website.
What the form collects
Name, contact information, county and town, march interests, availability, estimated group size, optional group affiliation, support requests, notes, and consent to campaign-related contact.
Do not submit voter ID numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, voting choices, or confidential legal information. Only share information you want the organizing team to use for this campaign.
How responses are used
Authorized organizers use the information for campaign-related follow-up and event coordination. When email is enabled, a copy passes through FormSubmit to the campaign inbox. Responses are not displayed publicly.
The sign-up page shows whether online collection is open. A successful submission is saved in the campaign database even if its email notification fails. No claim of guaranteed email delivery is made.
